Our store is hosted on Opencart. Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.
Section 11-RETURN POLICY
You must contact MonkeyKingRC to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning ANY products (there is a “returns” on the button of website, please complete the form to request the RMA or email us by email@example.com). Items returned without an RMA number will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
Please follow these four simple steps to return a product that you have purchased from MonkeyKingRC.
Step 1: Review MonkeyKingRC Return Policy - Can your product be returned?
If you ordered the wrong item or you no longer want your item, you can return new, unassembled, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please note, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If your order was shipped using our Free Shipping option, we will deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund amount. Any shipping charges paid by the customer are nonrefundable.
Products that are incomplete, assembled, or used in any way are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Clearance Items and Scratch and Dent Items are sold "as is" and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.
Computer software such as Realflight or Phoenix cannot be returned.
If your return is the result of a shipping error (we shipped you the wrong product), MonkeyKingRC will pay the return shipping costs.
Note - If your product has been assembled or used in any way, and you discover an issue with your product within 30 days of delivery, you may be eligible for replacement or repair under the MonkeyKingRC product warranty policy. Please check our warranty policy in Section 12.
Step 2: Contact MonkeyKingRC to request an RMA number
Please use “returns” on the button of website or just email us by firstname.lastname@example.org for a RMA code.
Step 3 : Ship your returned product(s) to MonkeyKingRC
Once you have your RMA number, pack the merchandise you are returning in an appropriate shipping container to prevent damage. You must include ALL the packaging which came with your original order. If possible, reuse the shipping container we originally sent to you. Ship your package using a "trackable" shipping carrier like DHL or FedEx. We strongly recommend insuring your package for the value of the contents. MonkeyKingRC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages sent by customers.
Note - Clearly write your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number on a piece of paper/note and place it inside your box. Please DO NOT write any RMA information on the outside of the retail or shipping box.
Step 4 : Process refund, store credit or replacement
Once we receive your package we will inspect the returned product(s) to ensure they are in new condition. If the returned product(s) are in new condition we will issue you a refund for the original purchase price minus any shipping costs paid by either the customer or MonkeyKingRC. If the product(s) are received damaged or used, your return will be denied and a customer service team member will contact you to arrange to have the product(s) sent back to you (at your expense).
Please note that the entire return process usually takes two to three weeks. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 3 business days).
SECTION 12 - PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY
MonkeyKingRC manufactures only the top-quality products by ourselves and carries only the top-quality products from the leading brands in the radio control industry. We test before they are ever offered for sale on our website. Even when offering only top-quality products, we know that there is the chance of an occasional defect or product issue. To that end, all products will be free from defects and be fully functional for 30 days from the time of purchase or delivery. But some conditions you have to note that:
The warranty does not cover incorrect installation, components worn by
use, or any other problem resulting from incorrect use or handling of the
product. No liability will be accepted for any damage resulting from the
use of this product. By the act of connecting and operating this product,
the user accepts all resulting liability.
Is considered incorrect use:
1. Failure to follow instructions.
2. Improper use of the product (abusive use, out of spec, etc.).
3. Failure to adapt settings for proper function (improper connections,
wrong gearing, installation, setup, etc.).
4. Overload, overheating (disordering, melting, etc.).
5. Running in inadequate conditions (damage or rust from rain, humidity,

7.Disassembly, modification by the user (modifying original connectors,
wires, components, etc.).

SECTION 13 – Safety Policy
Please use our products in safe, correct and legal conditions, we will not responsible for any result in unsafe, incorrect and illegal use, and in case, we only responsible for the products cost max, for example you pay us an item cost 100USD, no matter what kind of problems the item made, we only responsible for 100USD max, no any other related cost.
